Throughout the session, students were introduced to key areas valued by employers, including strong technical knowledge, effective communication, adaptability, problem solving skills and a professional mindset. The speaker also highlighted the importance of continuous upskilling and self improvement, especially in a technology landscape that continues to change rapidly.
