This community housing project prioritizes a communal, “village” ambiance through thoughtful spatial organization and shared amenities. What makes this proposal a standout addition to our digital showcase is how seamlessly our students are taught to integrate sustainable, passive cooling strategies—like building mass fragmentation and climbing plant facades—with rigorous technical execution. By delivering highly detailed structural axonometrics, comprehensive fire safety schematics, and complete plumbing layouts, this work demonstrates exactly what SEGi architecture students do best: translating warm, community-focused visions into fully realized, structurally sound, and ecologically responsible architectural blueprints.
